At all the way of delivery the order packed in a box insulated with biodegradable foam, along with ice packs to maintain proper temperature, Our representative deliver the order to your doorstep in an eco-friendly reusable bags. Suitable for freezing, Freeze on day of delivery between (-18 to -20) °C. Defrosted thoroughly between 0 - 5°C, Do not refreeze once thawed. -Cancellations, complaints? You can cancel your order within 5 hours after your online purchase (it should be before 9 pm), We cannot cancel an order after this period. We hope that you enjoy our products.
